That move set is getting there, but I would go with more of a bulky sweeper set up. Maybe something like this:

Trait: Multiscale
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Spcl Atk)
EVs: 252 Hp / 44 Atk / 212 Spd
Earthquake / Fire Punch
Roost
Dragon Dance
