Scrafty @ Leftovers Ability: Moxie EV's 252 Atk, 252 Spd., 4Def Nat: Careful Moves: Bulk up, Drain Punch, Crunch, Stone edge

Hydreigon @ Dragon Gem Ability: Levitate EV's 200HP, 72Def, 72Spcl.Def, 100 Spcl.Atk, 64Spd. Nat: Modest Moves: Draco meteor, Flash cannon, Flamethrower, Earth power

Houndoom @ Fire Gem Ability: Flash fire EV's 252 Spd., 252 Spcl.Atk, 4 Def Nat: Modest Moves: Nasty plot, Heatwave, Taunt, Sludge Bomb

Absol might do better with an Adamant/Jolly nature since he doesn't use his Special attack stat anyway.

Moxie is better on Krooky IMO but i guess if you like the high risk/high reward anger point has then sure

Consider Choice Band on Sharpedo since his speed already increases every turn. Makes him a great mid/endgame sweeper. If you do then my suggestion for replacing roar would be either Return or Poison Jab, there's not that many other options beyond that.

I know Moxie Scrafty sounds good, but if it gets paralyzed it's too crippled to do much good, Shed Skin>Moxie. Dragon Dance is a little better than Bulk Up because after he gets speed to couple his already fantastic attack couple with drain punch he's really really hard to stop.

Hydreigon is better with expert belt than dragon gem in my experience plus it's really annoying when it's scarfed or at least as fast as you can make it with 252 EVs in speed/Spec Atk+Timid nature.

Houndoom looks good but tying him to an air balloon is better than the fire gem.

I agree with the hydriegon make it have a expert belt, it will do more damage in the long run, also moxie krooky is better, but on scrafty i can see him being a good moxie, maybe add in DD for some safely measures.
